On his latest album Some simple place, Martina Topley-Bird tries to recreate the intimate gig in interpreting unadorned audio titles found on his two (excellent) first records. The result may well be successful, we must absolutely see her perform in the flesh, flanked by his famous multi-instrumentalist sidekick disguised as a ninja to capture the beauty and magic that emanates from his music.

At the scene of a Café de la Danse packed, Martina seems, at first, a little less comfortable than usual, perhaps because of recurring sound problems, or the presence of multiple cameras to capture a video. Fortunately we eventually found the great Martina days, with a record from the bittersweet rhyme to rock the most stripper (terrible version of "Black Steel"), and the icing on the cake, the disarmingly natural with which she addresses the audience in a near-perfect French.

Listening to his bluffing occasions Stranglers (Golden Brown ) and Kate Bush ( Army dreamers ) we say that Martina Topley-Bird is now part of the tradition of the great names of English pop with a world that by its singularity and its wealth has nothing to envy the groups with which she was able to collaborate in the past.

Martina and Ninja conclude their set on a festive note with a balloon launch in the room that will cause a joyful mess, a nice way to end a year full of concerts except for the author of these lines. See you in 2011!

The Accounting Standards Commission (CNC) have studied and prepared a chart of accounts applicable to condominiums. This project would conform to generally accepted rules in this discipline.

The plan would contain, as expected of an organism and therefore independent obligation to apply depreciation on investments. This constraint follows logically from the need to present the results in a true co-ownership, assets and debts.

This will be the little game of concealment and burial of the hope that one day the accounts reflect the real situation of condominiums and give a true picture of their assets, their assets and debts.

We think the millions of businesses across the country, as the largest to the smallest, and also to the hundreds of thousands of non-profit, all of which are required to practice accounting for depreciation on their investments.

Again and as always, only the condominiums would be an exception despite the huge amounts they invest.

C 'is the third appointment with Bryan Ferry in Paris this year, after Roxy Music concert at Rock en Seine in August, and meeting organized for the release of his new album Olympia . A album he therefore continues to promote through a concert broadcast on France Inter. Directorate of Broadcasting House and the cozy Studio 105, where we see at 20 am sharp to land a group of four singers and seven musicians, part of which was already part of the line-up of Roxy Music this summer. Then Sir Ferry arrives all smiles, in a suit impeccable, as usual.
's go for an hour skillfully blending new and classic titles in gold. We feel very focused on Ferry extracts Olympia, including a moving Tender is the Night . The group in turn gives the impression of fun especially in interpreting the securities Roxy, so much so that Andy Newmark loses his chopsticks on Love is the drug . One of the few hitches a concert otherwise perfectly mastered (nit-picking a bit, the interpretation of Jealous Guy was a bit limited on purpose as to Rock en Seine ...). His impeccable, intimate place, Bryan Ferry had obviously decided to play Santa Claus with a few weeks early for the lucky fans in attendance.
